Review Guidelines
Who can post a review?
You may post a review if you are logged in with a verified EB World account, have made at least one purchase in the past 12 months with that EB World account, and have not previously submitted a review for the same product.
What's not allowed to be posted in a review?
We don't allow reviews that contain the following:
- Use of profanity, obscenities, or name-calling
- Engaging in harassment or making threats
- Launching attacks on individuals with differing opinions
- Publishing libelous, defamatory, or inflammatory content
- Overwhelming or drowning out the viewpoints of others
- Repeated use of the same text
- Submission of nonsensical or gibberish content
- Content composed solely of punctuation and symbols
- ASCII art (visual representations using symbols and letters)
- Sharing private information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, or any personally identifiable information
- Expressing hatred towards individuals based on characteristics such as race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, or religion, among others
- Posting external links
- Encouraging or endorsing illegal activities
- Or for any other reason that we deem inappropriate
In addition to the above conditions, we don't allow reviews that negatively discuss
- Shipping costs, packaging, or speed
- Product condition and damage
- Ordering issues and returns
- Pricing or availability
This is because reviews are supposed to help other customers learn about the product and not your individual ordering experience. We welcome you to submit feedback about your ordering experience via our Customer Service Portal.
How we handle violations of these guidelines
We reserve the right to remove any review that we deem to be in violation of these guidelines, as per our Terms & Conditions.
