Guide Astro through 26 exciting levels
From the makers of The Playroom comes the brand new VR title: Astro Bot Rescue Mission. Control Astro, the Bot captain of a ship on a mission to rescue its lost crew who are scattered over five planets. You will be running, jumping and punching throughout 26 stages, over five worlds, each ending in an epic boss fight.
- Platforming Re-Invented - The game takes full advantage of PS VR to reinvent the platforming genre with gameplay unfolding around you in 360 degrees. In VR, every jump can be judged with perfect accuracy. Moving your body also has an impact and lets you lean around corners to discover new areas.
- Easy to Pick up and Play - ASTRO BOT is very easy to pick up and play. All you need is a DUALSHOCK 4 controller. The “X” button is used to jump while the “•” button to punch. More advanced techniques also exist like the hover and spin attacks.
- Use Your Body - It’s not just about character control! You also get to use your body to activate switches and create a path for your little friend to climb. You’ll need to work as a pair to succeed.
- 20 unique Levels - 20 unique levels await you in 5 planets, each one populated by deadly traps and enemies blocking your way. You will go through the city, dark caves, lush forests, heavenly beaches and even take a ride in a Volcano mine cart.
