If you are already in store and want to use Laybuy, simply shop for your items on https://www.ebgames.co.nz, choose Click & Collect, check out with Laybuy, and your order will be ready in minutes!
Laybuy orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store at this time. This applies to both home delivery and Click & Collect orders.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our returns policy. Once your refund has been processed, any future Laybuy payments will be cancelled, and any money owed to you will be refunded back to you by Laybuy.
